Structure
Adoption of floating design: SUN cartridge valves (including DTDAMHN) have a floating design that offers several structural advantages. For example, the outer diameter of the threaded shoulder can lead the valve into the socket to ensure centering; the free floating section accommodates the eccentricity between the end of the cartridge valve and the socket; the floating design allows for a higher mounting torque so that the valve can be tightened to avoid loosening or oil leakage; the shoulder flats act as a stop to withstand the loads caused by the threads to avoid any loads or deformations of the cartridge valve and to ensure the centering of the centerline; the threads are placed in a neutral position to maximize flow capacity and reduce the effect of eccentricity and to minimize the impact of the threads on the flow. Maximize flow capacity by placing the threads in the center position to reduce the effect of eccentricity and distribute the thread loads to the deeper part of the manifold; the stop at the bottom of the socket supports the floating part of the valve and the assembly wire is only used for the valve assembly; the consistency of the Sun ports allows for greater flexibility in the design as well as a reduction in the need for tooling of the manifold.
