SUN cartridge valves significant advantage lies in its free floating end of the valve, whereby its tightly fitted working components can float in the valve body, reducing its sensitivity to installation torque as well as avoiding the possibility of jamming of its internal movable components, cleaning or inspection of cartridge valves, without having to change the valve's existing setup or dismantle any piping.
The internal working components of SUN cartridge valves are heat-treated for abrasion resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and long service life.

SUN Floating Screw-In Cartridge Valves --- To ensure the reliability of the valve, the following features are available
1.The threaded shoulder O.D. allows the valve to be introduced into the jack to ensure centering.
2.The free floating section accommodates the eccentricity between the end of the cartridge valve and the jack.
3.The SUN cartridge valve floating design allows for higher installation torque, allowing the valve to be tightened more securely to avoid loosening or oil leakage.
4.The shoulder flats act as a stop to carry the loads caused by the threads, preventing any loads or deformation of the cartridge valve and ensuring centerline alignment.
5.Positioning the threads in the center allows the valve to obtain a high flow capacity reducing the effect of eccentricity and distributing the thread loads deeper in the oil circuit plate.
6.The stop at the bottom of the jack supports the floating portion of the valve, and the assembly wire is used only for valve assembly.
