Hydraulic pump, motor installation and commissioning before the attention:

1, be sure to clean the tank piping and other components, focusing on cleaning the hydraulic tank and components of all interfaces, connectors and other components.

2, suction oil filter: suction oil filter should be frequently cleaned and replaced to ensure that the suction port vacuum shall not be less than 0.68bar pressure.

3, the oil temperature requirements: temperature rise in the start engine, hydraulic system work for 5 minutes, the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil shall not exceed 100C; hydraulic system work for 10 minutes, the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil shall not exceed 300C.

4, start temperature: ambient temperature of 200C or more, let the engine idle 3-5 minutes before loading, into the working state; when the ambient temperature is below 200C, at least let the engine idle for more than 30 minutes, until the oil temperature reaches 200C or so before loading, into the working state.

5, handling safety requirements: in the handling of hydraulic pump motor, pay close attention not to make the pump control handle and relief valve and hard objects collision. Serious impact will make the control valve and servo cylinder or filler pump and relief valve oil leakage phenomenon, need to pay attention to the handling of the time to hold lightly.

6, shell oil injection: in the installation of the pump, motor and the system is correctly connected to the completion of the pump or motor into the clean oil, will be above the oil drain pipe removed, see the oil out of the joints after tightening. Then it is easy to wear or burn rotary components.

7, prohibited disassembly : hydraulic system problems, non-hydraulic professional personnel, please do not unauthorized disassembly of the pump or motor components, you may not know how the consequences, may cause great losses.
