1,The oil pump bracket seat should be firm and steel, and can fully absorb vibration.

2. The concentricity of the pump and motor shaft should be controlled within 0.100mm, and flexible coupling joints should be used as far as possible to avoid bending moment and axial loading on the pump shaft.

The diameter of the suction pipe of the oil pump should be not less than the inlet diameter of the pump, and the flow rate of the suction filter should be not less than twice of the flow rate of the oil pump. The finer the oil filtration, the better the cleanliness of the working fluid, the longer the life of the pump.

4,When the pump is installed higher than the oil tank, the suction port should be less than 1 meter from the oil level (less than 0.8 meter when using phosphoric acid grease or water-containing hydraulic fluid).

5, the tank should be equipped with a partition, used to separate the return oil bubbles and dirt. The oil return pipe should be extended below the oil level (not directly connected to the inlet of the pump) to prevent air bubbles caused by splashing of oil return.
