A11VO95LRDS10RNZD12N00 Piston pump working principle
Piston pump is an important device of the hydraulic system. It relies on the reciprocating movement of the plunger in the cylinder to change the volume of the sealed working chamber to realize oil suction and pressure. Plunger pumps have the advantages of high rated pressure, compact structure, high efficiency and easy flow adjustment, etc. They are widely used in high-pressure, high-flow and flow need to be adjusted occasions, such as hydraulic machines, construction machinery and ships.
Plunger pump is a kind of reciprocating pump, belongs to volume pump, its plunger is driven by the eccentric rotation of the pump shaft, reciprocating motion, and its suction and discharge valves are one-way valves. When the plunger is pulled out, the pressure inside the working chamber decreases, the outlet valve closes, and when it is lower than the inlet pressure, the inlet valve opens and the liquid enters; when the plunger is pushed in, the pressure inside the working chamber rises, the inlet valve closes, and when it is higher than the outlet pressure, the outlet valve opens and the liquid is discharged. When the transmission shaft drives the cylinder to rotate, the swash plate pulls the plunger out of the cylinder or pushes it back to complete the suction and discharge of oil.
