Basic Overview
AVENTICS R412007263 is a 2-position, 3-way directional valve for air handling, manufactured under the AVENTICS brand name.
Structure
Structural characteristics: poppet valve, housing made of polyamide, seals made of acrylic resin, front plate made of acrylonitrile synthetic material, threaded sleeve made of die-cast zinc.
Structural components: It contains upper bonnet, handle, stem, cam, sealing assembly, bonnet, valve body and other parts. Its valve body is divided into two chambers by a spacer, each chamber has 3 channels, the center is the oil inlet, and the two ends are the oil outlet. The valve body is carbon steel plate welding structure, small volume, light weight and compact structure.
Performance Parameters
Rated flow: Qn4500l/min, compressed air interface inlet and outlet are G1/2.
Operating pressure range: 0 - 16bar, control pressure min/max 2.5 - 16bar.
Temperature range: Minimum/maximum ambient temperature - 10 - 50°C, medium temperature range - 10 - 50°C, pressure dew point must be at least 15°C below ambient and medium temperatures and the maximum permissible temperature is 3°C.
Weight: 0.459kg .
Suitable for use in specific zones: Suitable for use in zones 1, 2, 21, 22Ex .
Principle of operation
Pneumatic operation, the change of flow direction (from air supply to the left in air supply to the right) is accomplished by a facility that rotates 180° in a vertical axis. A spring acts on the other side of the diaphragm and the compression force of the spring can be adjusted by means of a hand knob. When compressed air is consumed at the second pressure edge, the pressure acting on the diaphragm decreases, the compression spring pushes the stem upward, causing the sealing washer to rise from the seat, and the compressed air flows into the two pressure sides and continues to flow into the two pressure sides before equilibrium is reached. the GM forces the spring to compress downward, the stem separates from the seat, and the compressed air at the two pressure sides can escape through the exhaust ports. the compressed air flows into the diaphragm on both pressure sides and into the seat before the two pressures return to their preset pressures. continues to escape before both pressures return to the preset pressure. Compensating nozzles protrude from the secondary pressure airflow channel, which reduces the pressure acting on the diaphragm with higher flow rates and prevents the secondary pressure from lowering its pressure value due to high flow values. To avoid vibration of the compressed air regulator flap, a cushioning device is added to the flap.
