SUN Valve cartridge valve is another type of hydraulic control valve. Its basic core element is a liquid-controlled, single control port mounted in the oil circuit in the main stage of the two-way liquid resistance unit (so also known as two-way cartridge valves). SUN Sun Valve will be one or a number of different combinations of insertion elements, and with the corresponding pilot control cartridge valves.
Characteristics of SUN valves
The advantage of SUN cartridge valves lies in the free floating end of the valve, whereby the tightly fitted working components can float within the valve body, reducing its sensitivity to installation torque and avoiding the possibility of jamming of its internal moving components. To clean or inspect the cartridge valve, it is not necessary to change the valve's existing settings or disassemble any piping. The internal working components of SUN cartridge valves are heat-treated to resist abrasion, impact, and fatigue, and have a long service life.
Considerations for SUN cartridge valves
Incorporates the Sun floating style construction to minimize the possibility of internal parts binding due to excessive installation torque and/or cavity/cartridge machining variations.
