Rexroth plunger oil pump installation precautions and maintenance

1,Before starting the pump, check the inlet and the direction of rotation, do not get the wrong direction.

2,Initial startup should fill the pump with oil and rotate the coupling joint by hand, the rotating force should feel even and flexible.

3,Keep the oil temperature within the range of 10-60℃, especially avoid continuous operation at high temperature, otherwise the pump's service life will be greatly shortened. If necessary, set up the heater and cooling device.

4, keep the normal oil level high. Should be installed in the oil tank oil level meter, in order to frequently observe and replenish oil.

5, in order to the correct hydraulic oil, must know the relationship between the working temperature of the oil in the tank (open circuit) and the temperature of the environment. Leakage oil (case drain) temperature by the pump pressure and speed and always higher than the tank oil temperature. The high temperature anywhere in the system must not exceed 90 degrees.
